Services Provided

L&J Landscape provides professional landscaping and hardscaping services including:

  • Concrete work (driveways, patios, walkways)

  • Paver installation

  • Sod, rock, and mulch installation

  • Retaining walls and outdoor construction

  • Landscape design and maintenance

  • All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and weather conditions.

SMS Communication Terms

3.1 Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your phone number through our contact form, Meta lead form, or verbally to our staff, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from L&J Landscape.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

L&J Landscape is not liable for delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by your wireless carrier or mobile service provider. Message delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, network congestion, and technical issues beyond our control. We are not responsible for:

  • Undelivered or delayed messages

  • Messages delivered out of order

  • Carrier-related technical failures

  • Issues with your mobile device or service

 

Supported Carriers

Our SMS service works with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most other carriers. If you experience issues receiving messages, contact your carrier.

Age Restriction (18+)

You must be 18 years of age or older to:

  • Use our SMS services

  • Submit contact forms on our website

  • Request quotes or services

By providing your phone number or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from or provide services to minors under 18.

Estimates and Quotes

  • All estimates are provided free of charge

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided

  • Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, or scope changes

  • Written approval is required before beginning work

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, check, credit card, or approved financing

  • Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month

  • We reserve the right to place a lien on property for unpaid services

Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduling

  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions

  • We will confirm appointments via SMS, email, or phone

  • Weather-related delays may occur and are beyond our control

Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours advance notice

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee

  • Repeated cancellations may result in service refusal

Limitation of Liability

L&J Landscape is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by weather, site conditions, permit issues, or material availability

  • Pre-existing underground utilities or structures not disclosed by the customer

  • Damage to property caused by conditions beyond our reasonable control

  • Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for those specific services.

Warranty

We stand behind our work with a 1-year warranty on workmanship for completed projects. This warranty covers:

  • Defects in installation or construction caused by our workmanship

  • Material defects covered by manufacturer warranties

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper maintenance, misuse, or neglect

  • Damage from extreme weather events, natural disasters, or acts of God

  • Modifications made by third parties

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact information

  • Disclose all relevant site conditions (utilities, easements, restrictions)

  • Obtain necessary permits or approvals (we can assist if requested)

  • Ensure access to the work site during scheduled times

  • Make timely payments according to agreed terms

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of L&J Landscape LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
